Context

March 9, 1921, was a Wednesday, and the notice ran again the next day, among the paper’s special notices under the heading Notice. Ottowa is a misprint for Ottawa, a town in eastern Kansas about 1,000 miles from Phoenix. S. B. gives no address, so Tom would have had to write to Ottawa again, and the notice doesn’t say why it ran in Phoenix. The closing bs is the paper’s insertion code.
